I'm Samantha Watson, an osteopath and health coach, and I've personally navigated the challenges of binge-eating and a tumultuous relationship with food, which led me into a period of depression. Now, as the founder of Discovering Wellness, my online coaching business, I am dedicated to helping individuals who, like I used to, struggle with their health and relationship with food. My mission is to guide them toward a healthy, happy, and balanced life, where they can enjoy the things they love without compromise. I deeply value holistic health and balance, and I'm here to empower others on their transformative journey.
