what's inside the programme?
To be brutally honest with you, in my early 20's dieting and binge-eating took over my life. It made me truly miserable & I didn't understand it for years.
When I trained as an eating psychology health coach, I learned the holistic tools and approach that was needed to overcome my struggles.
Since it transformed my life so incredibly much I am passionate about sharing it with others to make their health journey much easier and happier too.
This combined with my osteopathic expertise is a recipe for sustainable, enjoyable health! I'm a firm believer that healthy doesn't have to be boring & you don't have to sacrifice everything you love.
