As a registered osteopath and health coach, I've witnessed firsthand the impact of poor health, unhealthy habits, and musculoskeletal issues. Many of these problems can be prevented or minimised through consistent health care. It's disheartening to see people who have exhausted treatment options and continue to suffer. That's why I'm passionate about focusing on prevention rather than just treatment. I firmly believe in holistic health, encompassing nutrition, exercise, stress management, and sleep. It's all interconnected in a fascinating way.
Personally, I've struggled with my own Relationship with food, battling body image issues, restriction, binge eating, and emotional eating.
