Even though healthy habits are now engrained into my identity, it wasn’t always like that.
I felt dread to go and do a workout. I hated most types of exercise.
I had no idea what stress management was - in fact my way of letting my hair down was going out and partying!
I thought I was eating healthily but I wasn’t fuelling myself enough & this resulted in fatigue, cravings, constant hunger and even binge-eating.

Now as a health professional I have flipped that on its head. I enjoy healthy and balanced meals, exercise and I can manage my emotions.
